Bo Visfeldt

Bo Visfeldt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Bo started their career as a Software Developer at The Danish University of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Bo then worked as a System Developer at Hand Step and later at Danmarks Statistik.

Bo then joined Brunata A/S as a System Architect, where they were responsible for architecting and owning administrative software and critical metering systems. Next, they co-founded HivePeople and served as the CTO, leading the development of a mobile communication product.

After that, Bo joined Sennheiser Communications as the Head of Cloud & Desktop Application Architecture, managing a team of developers and scaling IoT cloud backends. Bo then became the Head of R&D at Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S, leading various development and operation activities, including the migration to Azure cloud-based platforms.

Bo then worked as a Management Digitalization Consultant at FORCE Technology, focused on increasing business value through digitalization. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Engineering, Nordics at Texthelp, responsible for software development and operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Throughout their career, Bo has demonstrated leadership abilities, team management skills, and experience in strategic planning, product development, and contract negotiations.
