Dunja Vujovic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dunja has worked at TextNow since 2016, starting as a Culture Manager and progressing to roles such as Director of Culture, Chief of Staff & EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), Director of People and Culture, and eventually Senior Director of People and Culture. Prior to their time at TextNow, they worked at eSentire Inc. as an HR/Office Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Dunja also held a role as a Logistics Services Representative at Agricorp in 2013. Dunja'searliest work experience was as a Public Relations Manager at The Cabinet of the Mayor from 2008 to 2011.

Dunja Vujovic, MA, CPCC (she/her/hers) has an extensive education history in the fields of Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, and Management in Media. Dunja completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management in Media from the FAM - Faculty of Management, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2008.

Dunja then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Science, University of Novi Sad. Dunja enrolled in this program in 2009 and completed it in 2010.

Continuing their education in Human Resources Management, Dunja completed a Human Resources Management - Post Graduate Program from Conestoga College. Dunja studied at Conestoga College from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their educational background, Dunja has also acquired several certifications. Dunja obtained the Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA) certification from the Compensation Analyst Academy in December 2022. Dunja is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute since May 2022. Dunja is currently a Professional Coaching Certification Candidate from the same institution, which they joined in April 2021. Furthermore, they have completed the "Leadership WTF" course offered by Communitech Academy in 2020 and is trained in "Dare to Lead" since October 2019.
