Vahan A.

Vahan A. began their work experience as a Senior Programmer at HPL in 1996 and stayed in that role until 2005. Vahan then worked as a Staff Software Engineer at PayPal from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on performance analysis and enhancements for both backend and frontend systems. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Staff Development Engineer at PDF Solutions, where they designed and developed a portable web service load balancing and control solution. At Bloomberg LP (BLAW), they served as a Senior Software Engineer from 2010 to 2012, working on the IP data acquisition subsystem and designing backend tools for acquisition and importation of IP content. From 2012 to 2015, Vahan worked as a Software Engineer at Syncsort, where they designed and developed features for a high-performance ETL/data integration tool. At Tapad, they served as a Senior Data Scientist from 2015 to 2022, leading project teams and using various approaches to create a version of the Identity Device Graph. Currently, Vahan is a Principal Data Scientist at TextNow, starting in 2022.

Vahan A. completed a Masters degree in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia between 1984 and 1989. Following this, between 1990 and 1992, they pursued a Ph.D. in Machine Learning at the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems.
