Danny Lee

Danny Lee has held various legal positions in both the private and public sector. Currently serving as the Sr. V.P. & General Counsel at Textron Systems, Danny is responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory affairs, ethics and compliance programs, and corporate governance activities. Prior to this role, Danny served as the Deputy General Counsel at Bell Helicopter where Danny provided legal advice on Government and Commercial transactions and risk mitigation. At Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, Danny worked as an Associate Counsel handling commercial litigation. During their time in the ARMY, Danny held various roles as a JAGC, including Legal Assistant Attorney, Tax Adviser, Trial Counsel, and Government Contracts Attorney.
