Mariana Castro is a seasoned media executive with extensive experience in editorial leadership and content development. Currently serving as Editora Executiva at Fast Company Brasil and Facilitadora do Clube da Escrita at teya, Mariana is also involved with KES - Knowledge Exchange Sessions as a content developer. Previously, Mariana held the role of Diretora de Novos Negócios at The Intercept Brasil, where responsibilities included establishing an institutional area for securing grants that funded impactful journalism. Mariana's background includes teaching Strategic Design at Istituto Europeo di Design and serving as Diretora de Estratégia Digital at Editora Globo for prominent magazine brands. As CEO and partner at F451 Digital, Mariana led content initiatives, and extensive reporting experience was gained at iG, Grupo Abril, and Grupo Estado. Mariana holds a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has furthered education in Media Management at ISE Business School.
