Michalina Szwebel

Michalina Szwebel has extensive experience in customer service and content moderation, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at TF Bank in Deutschland & Österreich since October 2023. Previously, Michalina held the role of Senior Content Moderator at Microsoft from January 2019 while also having worked as a Customer Service Representative at UniCredit for a short period in 2023. Other roles include Customer Service Specialist and Content Moderator at Concentrix, where Michalina worked in various capacities from 2016 to 2021.
