Eliana Avila

Eliana Avila is the VP, Human Resources at TFCU. Previously, Eliana was a Human Resources Manager at Teachers Federal Credit Union.

Eliana earned her B.A. in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2004.
