Duane Williams

Duane Williams has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Human Resources at TForce Freight, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at TForce Freight from May 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining TForce Freight, Duane worked at UPS Freight for 15 years, starting in 2006. During their time at UPS Freight, they held various roles including Director of Employee Relations from January 2015 to May 2021, Learning Development Manager from May 2014 to January 2015, Hub Manager from September 2010 to May 2014, and Region HR/Safety Manager from August 2006 to September 2010.

Duane Williams attended Mississippi State University from 1983 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Their fields of study were Communications and Marketing.
