Anika Zitzmann

Anika Zitzmann is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Germany at TFP Fertility Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Anika held various HR positions including HR Lead Germany and Senior HR Business Partner at MAICO Diagnostics GmbH from November 2016 to July 2020, and Head of HR Shared Services at GIP Gesellschaft für medizinische Intensivpflege mbH. Anika began a career in HR at Quick-Lohn Software GmbH, following a background in customer education at Pfizer Pharma GmbH, and initially worked in sales at VERO MODA – Bestseller Retail Deutschland GmbH. Anika holds a Master of Arts in Arbeits- und Personalmanagement and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, supplemented by an internship experience at Universidad de Cádiz.
