Elvira Garavito

Elvira Garavito has a solid background in talent acquisition and executive search. Elvira started their career as a Talent Acquisition Researcher at Ellis & Partners - Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Elvira then joined MCR International as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive Search Consultant, where they stayed for six years from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, Elvira joined TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization as the Lead for Recruitment and Business Development - Southern Europe & US. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Lead for Talent Acquisition - Europe in the same company. Elvira's expertise lies in sourcing and staffing solutions for life sciences companies.

Elvira Garavito completed their Degree in Business Management at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2008. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at EAE Business School, which they completed in 2011.
