Teja T. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. They started their career at TG Therapeutics, Inc. as an Associate Director of Research and Development, where they played a crucial role in the development of 5 therapeutics. They were responsible for executing studies in nonclinical and clinical development, working closely with domestic and international CROs, and handling key regulatory submissions.

Teja then moved on to work as a Healthcare Investment Intern at Bridge Point Capital in 2020, gaining experience in the investment side of the healthcare industry. Prior to that, they worked at Cyprium Therapeutics as a Manager of Product Development. Here, Teja focused on advancing an injectable copper replacement therapy for Menkes Disease and worked with FDA and vendors to bring this therapy to market.

Before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, Teja worked as a Clinical Information Manager at Envision Healthcare in 2015. They also had a research role at Rutgers University as a G. H. Cook Honors Program Scholar, where they developed a lexicon for the aroma of sweet basil under the guidance of Dr. Beverly Tepper and Dr. Jim Simon.

Teja T. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University, spanning from 2011 to 2015. This was followed by pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Biotechnology from the Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, with enrollment occurring from 2019 to 2022.
