Justin Phares is an experienced business manager with a robust background in property management and client services. Currently serving as Business Manager at TGM since July 2022, Justin previously held multiple roles at Panco Management Corporation from January 2013 to July 2022, including Assistant Property Manager and Resident Services Manager, where responsibilities involved event organization, conflict resolution, and team training for high-profile luxury apartment communities. Earlier in the career, Justin worked as a Senior Leasing Consultant for The Point at Dulles and The Point at McNair Farms, focusing on client recruitment and marketing strategies.
