Nastassja Cloughen

Nastassja Cloughen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Leader for People, Culture and Talent at a Private Hedge Fund since July 2022, Nastassja previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Nastassja worked as Vice President and Manager of Human Resources at Research Affiliates from May 2017 to November 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ares Management, L.P. from November 2011 to April 2017 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Kinetic Global Markets from June 2010 to November 2011. Nastassja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
