Whitney Eaton

Whitney joined TGS in 2014 as Corporate Compliance Director and was appointed to Vice President, Compliance, in August 2019. She gained additional responsibility for TGS’ ESG program before becoming Executive Vice President, Compliance & ESG, in February 2021. Her background includes almost 15 years of legal experience, with significant knowledge on implementing and managing holistic corporate compliance programs that address various issues including anticorruption, trade controls, human rights and data privacy. She previously served as compliance counsel for a publicly traded engineering, procurement and construction company that served energy, aerospace, data science and other markets worldwide, as an associate at a global law firm in private practice, and as a law clerk to a federal district judge. She received her JD degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and her BA in Public Communication with University Honors from American University.
