Nashonie Hilliard

Nashonie Hilliard serves as one of Thacker’s Customer Service Representatives. Nashonie joined Thacker in January 2017, however she had previously worked for Thacker from the late 1990s to the early 2000s to move to Georgia. After returning from Georgia back to Maryland, Nashonie honed her customer service skills in the retail customer service environment.

At Thacker Caskets, Nashonie serves as a Customer Service Representative, primarily taking casket, urn, and panel orders from funeral homes. In addition, she works with each of the warehouses to accurately assist in inventory and billing processes.
