Shannon Fisher

Shannon Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Shannon is currently a Vice President for International Markets at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Managing Director for IPSTAR Australia Group at IPSTAR Australia from July 2016. Before that, they worked as an Executive Director at Orion Satellite Systems from December 2016 to June 2023. Shannon also has experience as a Principal Consultant / Director at Inspire Consulting from April 2014 to July 2016 and as a Sales and Marketing Director at Inabox Group Limited from July 2012 to September 2013. Shannon served as the CEO for NZ at Telcoinabox from January 2009 to June 2012. Prior to that, they were the Director / Owner of The Creative Group from June 2005 to December 2008. Shannon started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1989, where they held various positions including Director - Solutions Consulting (ANZ), Senior Business Development Manager, APAC, and Program Manager / Business Development Manager. At Alcatel-Lucent, they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, and managing customer relationships. Throughout their career, Shannon has gained extensive experience in telecommunications, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Shannon Fisher has a diverse education history spanning from 1985 to 2018. In 1985 to 1988, Shannon attended East Hills Boys High School, where they received a High School Certificate. From 1989 to 1992, Shannon pursued studies in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician at TAFE NSW, earning a Technical degree. Following this, from 1993 to 2004, Shannon engaged in Professional Development courses in Business Administration and Management, General, across various institutions. In 2005 and 2007, Shannon attended the AIM Austrian Institute of Management for Executive Education, focusing on General Business Management and Strategic Management respectively. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, Shannon completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Australian Institute of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
