Konchawan Kanthasut

Konchawan Kanthasut is a legal researcher currently working at the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) since April 2023. In this role, Kanthasut analyzes challenges faced by organizations under the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations (FETCO) and conducts research on regulations affecting the capital market industry. Previous experience includes a position as a research assistant for the ARISE Plus Myanmar project, focusing on Thailand-Myanmar trade law, and another research assistant role for the ARISE project, which involved identifying non-tariff measures in Thai trade laws. Additional experience includes legal research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, where Kanthasut dealt with international economic law and air service agreements. An internship at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and participation in the Sino International Law of the Sea Moot Court Competition further complement Kanthasut's background. Konchawan Kanthasut holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Thammasat University (2019-2022).
