Additionally, Ruli has served as an Operations Manager at Circle Capital Commodities Trading and as an Analyst at the Department of Trade and Industry. Education-wise, Ruli holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, a P.Grad.Dip in Business Administration from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Cape Town.
