Catalin Marin

Catalin Marin is a highly experienced technical lead and product manager currently serving at ThalamusGME since July 2019. In this role, responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, conducting gap analysis in web application performance, managing risk assessments, and bridging communication between business, product, and development teams. Previous experience includes senior test specialist positions, where Catalin developed automation frameworks using Selenium and JMeter, built CI/CD pipelines, and executed both manual and automated testing for various applications. With a strong background in quality assurance and test management spanning over a decade, including roles at iQuest Group and UMT, Catalin has consistently excelled in performance testing, test case management, and client communication.
