Hilde Lemmens is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational consulting. Currently, Hilde serves as a Freelancer HR at XpertINtalent BV and is a Founding Member & Sr. Advisor at Thalento Academy, focusing on workforce optimization through assessments and talent solutions. Previous roles include Business Manager TalentXperts at ASAP HR Group, Director at The ASTYRE Group, and Managing Director at ASTYRE. Hilde has also held positions at UCAD, KULeuven, Mercuri Urval, Vacature, and Randstad.
