Ilse van de Broek serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Thalento since June 2017, where Thalento develops and provides cloud-based e-Assessment and Talent Management solutions that transform traditional approaches to talent management. In addition, Ilse van de Broek has been working as a zelfstandige since January 2012. Ilse van de Broek holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from KU Leuven.
