Bruno Laurent has a diverse work experience in the procurement and purchasing field. Bruno started their career in 2001 as a Development Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked on mechanical and thermal design for antenna development. In 2007, they joined Thales Alenia Space as a Product Buyer, responsible for purchasing and contract management for space antennas. In 2013, they became an Acquisition Project Manager, overseeing purchasing processes for bids and projects in the telecom domain and electronic competence center. In 2015, they moved up to the role of Purchasing Sector Manager, before being promoted to Head of Industrial Subcontracting Segment in 2017. In their most recent role as Head of Softwares & Services Procurement, they lead procurement efforts for software development, engineering services, hardware and test services, advanced studies, and university cooperation. Throughout their career, Bruno has demonstrated expertise in supplier management, negotiation, and project acquisition planning.
Bruno Laurent obtained their Engineer's degree in Mechanical Development from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. Bruno attended this institution from 1997 to 2009.
