Geoffroy Soubeyroux-Oszczak has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Geoffroy began their career at Valeo Vision as a New Product Design Engineer for Land Rover Headlight. Geoffroy then joined Airbus UK Limited, where they worked as a Design Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on wing-related projects. In 2016, they transitioned to Airbus, where they held various roles in the Cabin Seats and Supply Chain & Quality Management departments. Geoffroy served as the Supply Chain & Quality Manager for the Cabin Seats, Aerostructure Pylon, and Materials perimeter before taking on the interim role of Head of Cabin Seats perimetre. Currently, they are employed by Thales Alenia Space as the Supplier Development Manager and will soon transition into the role of Head of Supplier Development. In their current and previous roles, they have demonstrated expertise in supplier development, industrialization, assessment, and performance recovery.

Geoffroy SOUBEYROUX-OSZCZAK has a diverse education history. In 2007-2009, they attended Prepa CPGE Maths Sup TSI in Albi, France, where they pursued an Equivalence L2 degree in an unspecified field of study. From 2009 to 2012, they studied at ESTIA (Ecole Supérieur des Technologies Industrielles Avancées) in Bidart, France, and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.
