Liz Ramos Medina is an experienced telecommunications engineer specializing in satellite systems. Currently serving as a PDHT System Architect at Thales Alenia Space since October 2022, Liz is responsible for defining on-board RF chain architecture and conducting RF performance analysis, among other tasks. Previous roles include Satellite Telecom Systems Design Engineer, where Liz analyzed interference in satellite payloads and developed Python tools for traffic planning, as well as a Research Engineer at ONERA, focusing on satellite communication systems and modeling tropospheric channels. Liz holds a Master of Science from ISAE-SUPAERO and an Engineering degree from IMT Atlantique, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
