Aimée Freeman, JD, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of contract management and legal counsel. Aimée currently serves as the Vice President and Senior Counsel at MAG Aerospace, where they drive the contract management organization and provides expert legal advice on contract terms and conditions, risk management, and commercial litigation. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Legal & Contracts at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., managing government and international contracts. Before that, they served as the Legal Counsel at Thales, overseeing corporate legal matters in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. Aimée also worked as the Legal and Contracts Manager at Thales Avionics, Inc. - Aviation Solutions, engaging with domestic and international companies and government agencies for contract negotiation. Earlier in their career, Aimée worked as a contract attorney at Kelly Law and as a crew scheduler for irregular operations at U.S. Airways.
Aimée Freeman, JD, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Aviation Studies degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1993 to 1996. Aimée then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Aviation Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1996 to 1997. Aimée went on to attend Creighton University School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Additionally, in 2001, they briefly studied International Law at the University of Cambridge.
