Neil Marshall is an accomplished military leader with extensive experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, currently serving as Commanding Officer of the 33 Service Battalion and Senior Staff Officer for Talent Management within the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals. Throughout a distinguished career, Neil has held various leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of the 76 Communication Regiment and Director Land Requirements 4, demonstrating expertise in command, control, and communication systems. Neil's background includes significant international experience, mentoring security forces in the Palestinian Authority as part of Operation PROTEUS, and overseeing the transition from analog to digital communications in combat environments. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Defence Studies in Advanced Joint Warfighting, all from the Royal Military College of Canada. Additionally, Neil contributes to innovation in defense technologies at Thales Canada and leads as President of AFCEA Ottawa.
