Sebastian Cano

Sebastien Cano has extensive experience in the cybersecurity and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as SVP of the Cloud Protection & Licensing Business Line at Thales since April 2019, following the acquisition of Gemalto. Prior to this role, Sebastien held various leadership positions at Gemalto, including EVP of the Enterprise & Cybersecurity Business Unit, President of North America, and SVP of Telecommunications North America. Sebastien's career began at Gemplus, where roles ranged from Account Manager in Argentina to General Manager of the South Europe Telecom Business Unit in Spain. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
