Joanna Mark-Richards

Joanna Mark-Richards has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Joanna is currently the Director of People at Thames Reach since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People and Wellbeing at The Complete Education Solution from November 2020 to October 2021. From May 2018 to October 2020, Joanna was the People Director at HR Leadership Roles. Before that, they worked as the HR Director at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers from January 2010 to May 2018 and as the Head of HR from July 2007 to January 2010. Joanna'sprevious experiences include being the HR Manager, Medicine, at Imperial College London from April 2003 to June 2007. Joanna also worked as a HR Consultant at Clapham Park Project from June 2002 to March 2003 and as the Director of Human Resources at ASRA HOUSING GROUP LIMITED from April 2000 to September 2001. Joanna began their career as a HR Manager at KENSINGTON HOUSING TRUST from March 1998 onwards.

Joanna Mark-Richards holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Wolverhampton, which they completed from 1985 to 1988. Joanna further pursued their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from London South Bank University from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Strategic HRM from London South Bank University, though the exact timeframe for this degree is unspecified.
