Chris MacKin

Chris Mackin has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Chris is currently the Transformation Portfolio Lead at Thames Water since September 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Three. including Director of End-to-End IT Delivery, Head of Office of the CIO, Head of IT Vendor Management, and CIO Transformation Manager. Before joining Three., Chris worked as a Senior Consultant at PKF Management Consultants, where they focused on HR and people change, organizational design and development, business process design, culture change, and change management. Chris also worked as a Consultant at The Empower Group.

Chris Mackin earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Bristol between 1995 and 1998. In 2021, they obtained certification in the Organisational Effectiveness Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
