Laurence Ralph

Laurence Ralph is a System Insight Manager at Thames Water since September 2017, leading a team of hydraulic modellers, data analysts, and GIS specialists to enhance asset management decision-making. Previously served as the Interim Systems Planning Lead, overseeing asset planners for wastewater services impacting 3.4 million customers, and as a Specialist Asset Planner focusing on Sewage Pumping Stations and Rising Mains. Early roles included Asset Planner in Thames Water's Strategy, Planning & Investment team and a Computor Analyst at Idox plc, providing tailored solutions to public sector clients. Laurence began a career as an Information Management and GIS Specialist with Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Geography from Bath Spa University.
