Shane Gloster

Shane Gloster is an experienced professional in the water utilities sector, currently serving as the Head of Leakage at Thames Water since March 2015. Shane has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Transformation for Water Networks & Leakage, Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager, and Leakage Strategy Manager, overseeing a team of 100 direct employees and 320 service partners. With a background in system optimisation and project management, Shane has managed significant budgets and leading technical teams on critical projects. Prior to Thames Water, Shane worked for Mouchel and Caragh Precision, gaining foundational experience as a Clean Water Network Optimisation Analyst and Manufacturing Engineering Technician, respectively. Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Limerick Institute of Technology, completed in 2012.
