David Duckworth

David Duckworth is the Co-Founder and COO at Ben, a digital bank for small businesses. Prior to HSBC, David was at Mosaic Ventures where they identified and invested in inspiring, ambitious founders of European technology startups. Before that, they were at SoundCloud, connecting people through the shared love of sound. David has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Doblin, where they used human-centered design and ethnographic research techniques to design, develop, and launch new businesses. David has also been a Fellow for Food Security at TechnoServe and a Fellow and Product Manager at Endeavor Open. David started their career as a Business Analyst at Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) and was promoted to Consultant during their time there.

David Duckworth's educational career includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School, a Graduate Program in Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and studying abroad at Maastricht University where they focused on psychology, economics, and European business. David also attended the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State where they studied philosophy, economics, and marketing. Finally, they completed their schooling at Escola Maria Imaculada (Chapel School).

They work with Whitlie Irving - Customer Operations Executive, Samuel Carter - Product Manager, and Peri Tugwell - Sales Operations Executive. Their manager is Sebastian Fallert, Co-Founder & CEO. and Phelan Murphy - Product & Growth Operations Executive reports to David Duckworth.
