Sustainable Ecology Advocate at Thanksgiving Coffee Company

Lavender Cinnamon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable ecology and community development, currently serving as a Sustainable Ecology Advocate at Thanksgiving Coffee Company since May 2015. Lavender leads initiatives such as the Bee Bold Mendocino Campaign and coordinates the Partnership Fundraising Coffee program, while also facilitating B Lab Assessments to engage with the global B Corp community. In addition to current roles, Lavender has been a Community Development Coordinator at Rivendell Homestead since 2002, demonstrating expertise in natural building and sustainable homesteading. Previous experience includes co-owning Studio One Thirty One and serving as Assistant Operations Manager at MacCallum House Inn and Restaurant. Educational pursuits encompass various institutions, focusing on herbalism, solar energy, and social research.
