Amy Lauridsen

Amy Lauridsen is Tharp’s HR Manager responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, policy and procedures, labor law compliance, payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation, recruitment, employee relations, along with being a key member of Tharp’s safety program. During her 16 years in Human Resources, she has spent over 10.5 years manufacturing companies in Northern Colorado.

Amy earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado and has held her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2013.
