Victoria Avila

Victoria Avila is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at That's No Moon since December 2022, Victoria has previously held senior recruiting roles at PlayStation and Instacart, along with a position as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Trimble. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruiting Consultant at Cornerstone RPO onsite at Google, and roles as a Recruiter/Immigration Analyst at SRI International and Sourcing Data Specialist at Google. Victoria began their career as a Program Coordinator at Lifelong Fitness Alliance. Educational background includes a B.A. in Anthropology from San Jose State University and studies at the Santa Reparata International School of Art.
