Don Cline

Don Cline has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to operations, program management, and strategic planning. Don currently serves as the Executive Director of DC Operations at ThayerMahan, Inc. Don was previously the Executive Director of Washington Operations at Elbit Systems of America, where they provided support to the VP of Government Relations and managed consortium memberships for new technology development and acquisition opportunities. Before that, they worked as an International Program Manager at International Systems Management Corp and as a Strategic Planner and Japan Country Program Director at the Navy International Programs Office. Don began their career as the Theater Security Cooperation Strategy Branch Chief at HQ, U.S. Pacific Command, where they directed strategic planning efforts and served as the Coalition Coordinator for Operation Enduring Freedom. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, analyzing opportunities, and developing strategic plans.

Don Cline has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from Humboldt State University. Don also holds a Master of Arts degree in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification as a Naval Flight Officer from the US Navy.
