Xander Hughes

Xander Hughes has extensive experience in youth advocacy and organizational leadership, currently serving as Executive Director and previously in various roles at The 4 Corners Rainbow Youth Center since May 2019. Xander's background includes work as an Independent Living Specialist at the Southwest Center for Independence and multiple positions in service and support at Walmart, SONIC Drive-In, and Fort Lewis College, where involvement spanned student wellness initiatives and gender and sexuality resource support. Xander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender and Sexuality Studies, alongside an Associate of Arts in Philosophy, all obtained from Fort Lewis College.
