Louise Palumbo

Louise Palumbo is currently the Head of People at The 848 Group, where she develops and drives a people strategy aligned with the company vision. She champions company values to inspire, create, and lead a fair, consistent, safe, valued, and inclusive environment and culture. Prior to her current role, Louise worked as a Satellite Store Manager at Outfit Arcadia and as a Store Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd. She attended Queens Park High School from 1991 to 1998.
