Miranda Forwood

Miranda Forwood is an experienced professional in digital product management and customer experience, currently serving as Delivery Manager for the Digital Product Portfolio at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Previously, Miranda held the position of Senior Manager, Digital CX at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and worked with AKQA as both Product Director and Associate Programme Director. Miranda's background also includes roles as Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at Blast Radius, as well as Senior Digital Strategist at Brisbane City Council. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Creative Industries in Communication Design from Queensland University of Technology, completed between 2001 and 2004.
