Mary Hoffman

Mary Hoffman is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Food Safety at The Acheson Group since November 2019, Hoffman previously held the role of Director of Food Safety at PS Seasoning & Spices and served as Technical Director there from January to October 2019. Additional experience includes positions as QA and Laboratory Manager at Grande Cheese Company, Quality Assurance Manager at Galactic, and various quality assurance roles at DSM, Cargill, and Degussa. Mary Hoffman holds a Master's degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences, specializing in Food Safety and Biosecurity from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Carroll University, and an Associate of Arts in Environmental Science from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
