Molly Horstman

Molly Horstman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Molly began their career as a Teacher at the Louisiana Recovery School District from 2007 to 2009. Molly then worked as an Executive Assistant in the Human Resources/Human Capital Team from 2009 to 2010. Molly joined the Louisiana Department of Education in 2010 and held multiple positions, including Reform Fellow, Assistant Director, Compass Director, and Policy Director until 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Achievement Network (ANet), where they have held roles such as Director of District and CMO Partnerships, Managing Director of Service Strategy, Managing Director of Product Engagement, and is currently serving as the Managing Director of Program Strategy.

Molly Horstman pursued their higher education from 2003 to 2007 at Barnard College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
