Joe Durandetto is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The ACI Group since February 2016, where strategic support is provided to the Executive Leadership Team and Operations within an IT staffing and technical recruiting firm. Previously, Joe worked at Johns Hopkins University from March 2011 to February 2016, first as a Human Resources Coordinator and then as a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, delivering comprehensive HR support to the Department of Cell Biology across various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Joe began a career in sales support at TESSCO Technologies from November 2009 to March 2011, demonstrating strong communication skills to enhance customer relationships. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (2004-2008).
