Smriti Parikh

Smriti Parikh currently serves as the Vice President for the Center for Teaching and Education Leadership and Head of Literacy and Humanities Programs at The Acres Foundation, where the focus is on developing a scalable English Language Arts and Humanities curriculum and supporting teachers through professional development. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Consultant at UNICEF, where Smriti co-created a framework for India’s first innovation hub for youth, and an internship at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where data was utilized to enhance school climate. Within Teach For India, Smriti progressed from Fellow to Program Manager, coaching teachers in low-income communities in Mumbai. Smriti's educational background includes a Master of Education from Harvard and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Sophia College for Women.
