Lisa Vega-Fields

Lisa Vega-Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in donor relations, fundraising, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Donor Relations Officer at The Action Center since July 2023, Lisa previously held significant roles at Servicios de La Raza, including Manager of Corporate and Individual Giving and Manager of Development, where responsibilities included enhancing annual revenue, developing fundraising campaigns, and building relationships with donors and volunteers. Other key positions include Program Director for the 21st Century Community Learning Center at Alameda International Junior/Senior High School and Family, School and Community Engagement Liaison at Arvada Senior High School. Lisa's early career included roles as a General and Special Education Paraprofessional and Office Administrator, showcasing a commitment to educational and social equity.
