Mag Tan Lee Yen

Mag Tan Lee Yen currently serves as the Head of Operations at Adecco, since November 2023. Prior to this, Mag held various leadership roles at Quess Malaysia from March 2019 to November 2023, including General Manager of HR, where responsibilities encompassed key account management and oversight of multiple HR functions. Additional experience includes management positions at Kelly Services, U2K Team Technologies, Lawrence Walter Seminars, PropertyGuru International, and Price Solutions, highlighting a strong background in HR consulting, sales, and client relationship management. Mag holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Malaya, obtained in 2011.
