Sangram Pradhan

Sangram Pradhan is an accomplished recruitment and resource development professional with extensive experience in the talent acquisition field. Currently serving as Senior Resource Development Manager - GRC at Adecco since July 2024, Sangram has previously held positions including Associate Manager - Recruitment at Dexian and Recruitment Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition at American Express. Prior experience also includes a Senior Talent Acquisition role at Artech L.L.C., focusing on IBM and Kyndryl, and an earlier role as Associate Talent Acquisition with IBM.
