John Phillips is proof that not all real estate agents are the same.

Having graduated university in the UK, John travelled and worked overseas extensively in his younger years, including 6 years with Disney in the USA & Caribbean!! John gained a strong interest in the real estate industry and began his career in Wales, UK back in 2004 until the lure of better weather got the better of him! After moving to WA and Mandurah with his wife Melinda, John continued doing real estate and joined a local team. There are very few agents anywhere in Mandurah, and even WA, that can boast staying with the same company for such a long period of time, which is a real credit to John. A confident person, such has been John’s success, he proudly holds the position of Sales & Business Manager and has rapidly established himself as a professional and strong performing Auctioneer.

During this time John has involved himself in all areas of the real estate process, including sales, marketing, auctions, project marketing and property management. John has enjoyed dedicating hours of study to complete his Certificate IV in Property Services, - a qualification not many agents achieve – strengthening his already extensive knowledge in selling and buying in today's market. Throughout his career he has enjoyed building a strong and credible reputation, with a commitment to providing superior service and achieving fantastic results.
