John-Paul McGrath

John-Paul McGrath is an experienced operations and general manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior General Manager at The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd since May 2015, John-Paul has previously held key management positions at Drake and Morgan, Novus Leisure, and Pitcher & Piano, where responsibilities included cost control, staff training, and P&L management. John-Paul started in the industry at Aston Villa Football Club, progressing from Assistant Bars Manager to Head Porter, and also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Reed. John-Paul holds a Diploma in Youth Work with Applied Theology from the University of Chester.
