Eloise Tyson has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and media services. Eloise began their career in 2003 as a Media & Public Relations Coordinator at Tennis Australia, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they also worked as a Brand Marketing Coordinator at A1 Grand Prix. In 2008, they joined the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) as a Manager in Communications, eventually becoming a Senior Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Tyson was the Director of Communications at the WTA. Following this, they worked as the Venue Press Manager at Glasgow 2014 Limited. In 2017, Tyson joined Wimbledon as the Communications Lead and later assumed the role of Head of Communications and Media Services in December 2021. Eloise also had a brief stint as the Deputy Broadcast Liaison Manager at Olympic Broadcasting Services in 2021.

Eloise Tyson attended RMIT University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. Eloise then pursued further education at Deakin University from 2012 to 2015 and earned a Master's degree in Business with a specialization in Sports Administration. Prior to university, from 1992 to 1997, Eloise completed their Tasmanian Certificate of Education at Marist Regional College. No specific field of study was mentioned for this qualification.
