Wayne Regehr

Wayne Regehr has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Wayne is currently the VP of Operations and Strategy Execution at The Alliance Canada since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations, Western District at the same company from February 2022 to January 2024. Wayne was a Member of the Board of Governors at Ambrose University from July 2021 to April 2022. Wayne also worked as the Executive Pastor at Sherwood Park Alliance Church from March 2015 to February 2022. Before joining the Alliance Church, Wayne served as the President of Envisica from July 2004 to March 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at SAP Canada, Inc., including Vice President, where they led the Western Canadian Business Unit and improved performance ranking over a three-year period. Wayne's career began at Complete Integrations, Inc. as a Team Lead from August 1988 to January 1995.

Wayne Regehr obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Theology from Ambrose University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Business from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1980 to 1982. In 1983, they achieved certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta. Wayne also attended the Center for Creative Leadership in 1997 for a Leadership Development Program and the Harvard Business School in 1998 for Leading Professional Service Firms, although no specific degree was earned during those programs.
